Processing of personal data at NMD Law Group ApS.
1. General information about the processing of personal data
NMD Law Group ApS processes personal data in connection with the performance of our legal tasks and when responding to inquiries. The processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.
We only process personal data when it is necessary to perform our work, fulfill our legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests.

3. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

5. Enquiries from natural and legal persons
We process personal data in connection with enquiries from natural and legal persons. The purpose of the processing is to be able to respond to the enquiry.
We process contact information about the person making the inquiry, including name, email address, and phone number. We may also process other personal information contained in the inquiry.
This will typically involve ordinary personal data, but sensitive personal data may also be involved depending on the nature of the inquiry.
6. Disclosure of personal data
In certain cases, we may disclose personal data to public authorities where necessary in connection with the handling of a case. This may, for example, be to:

Disclosure will only take place when necessary for the handling of the case or required by law.
7. Registration and storage
Enquiries are registered with a case number in our electronic case and document management system.
Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as required by applicable law.
8. Handling of cases
We process personal data in connection with our handling of cases within, among other things:
- Immigration law
- Inheritance law
- Tenancy law
We collect and process the information necessary to handle the specific case.
This may include both ordinary and sensitive personal data, including information about health, criminal matters, or other relevant matters, when necessary for the handling of the case and in accordance with applicable law.
