Terms applicable to the use of legal advice from NMD Law Group ApS.
The following terms and conditions describe the applicable terms for using legal advice from NMD Law Group ApS. As a user, you automatically accept these terms and conditions when submitting your application, entering into an agreement, or otherwise using our services.
§1 Company information

§2 The benefit
a) Before we begin work, you will receive a letter of agreement describing the task and the payment terms. We send all our letters of agreement by email when you contact us via our website, by telephone, or by other means.
) This requires complete, accurate, and correct information from you regarding contact details, etc. NMD may choose to contact you subsequently to request additional information for use in connection with the service you have purchased.
) NMD will handle your assignment and prepare the work based on our experience and knowledge, but we cannot guarantee a specific result in each individual case.
) Furthermore, you agree that NMD may disclose your information to the relevant authorities if the task requires this.
§3 Your rights
a) The terms and conditions are accepted by the client upon receipt of the agreement letter and upon receipt of the order confirmation.
b) As soon as you have entered into an agreement and received the order confirmation, we will review the case. In addition, we will handle communication with the authorities until your case is closed. An immigration case is considered closed when the relevant authority has made a decision. An inheritance case is considered closed when the client has received the final will. A tenancy case is considered closed when the relevant authority has made a decision or when the dispute between the tenant and the landlord has been resolved by mutual agreement or by judgment.
c) Once NMD has received your information and begun processing your case, you cannot cancel your purchase from NMD. Case processing begins when you receive a letter of agreement or order confirmation.
d) You may be required to sign a power of attorney allowing NMD to represent you and look after your interests. You can withdraw your power of attorney at any time.
e) You can contact NMD at info@nmdlawgroup.com and, by stating your name and email, request a copy of your registered data, as well as ask us to delete it from our internal systems.
§4 NMD's responsibilities and obligations
a) NMD treats all information confidentially. Information about you will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
b) NMD is exempt from liability and not liable for damages for losses resulting from IT breakdowns, damaged or missing data, legislative intervention, vandalism, force majeure, power or telecommunications failures or hacking/phishing attacks, regardless of whether NMD may have been part of the causes thereof.
§5 NMD prices and payment
a) NMD's prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and exclude VAT and other applicable taxes and fees charged by the authorities, unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid at the time the client receives an order confirmation. The client is liable at all times for any fee increases, e.g. at the turn of the year.
b) We strive to ensure that all payment information is protected and encrypted in accordance with applicable legal requirements. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to payment information.
c) The price list can be found on the website under "prices".
d) An order confirmation will be sent to the client upon conclusion of an agreement.
§6 Appeal options
a) NMD does not represent you in any appeal case if you receive a negative outcome or a result that does not match your expectations. §6 does not apply to tenancy law cases.
§7 Amendments
a) NMD reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to the above terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately after publication on our website.
b) It is the client's responsibility to regularly review and familiarize themselves with the applicable terms and conditions. By continuing to use our service, the client automatically accepts the changes to the terms and conditions.
c) In the event of any discrepancy between the Danish version of these terms and conditions and any translations, the Danish version shall prevail.
