Hatice Kocer Aras
Hatice holds a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen and has a broad background as a generalist with experience in immigration law, administrative law, data protection law, family and inheritance law, property law and consumer law.
She most recently worked at the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI), handling work and residence permit cases in the area of revocation and control, and today she advises on immigration and asylum law matters and assists with applications and appeals.

2010–2011Lawyer at the Working Environment Professional Centre, revising the Working Environment Act, handling exemption cases and taking part in negotiations on new legislation with the social partners.

Hatice holds a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen (2008) and is motivated by cases of particular significance to the individual and to society. Her strengths are thoroughness, communication, openness, curiosity and judgement.
Alongside her legal work, she has taken part in council meetings of the Council for Human Rights (2021–2024), served as a lay judge at the Court in Helsingør (2016–2021) and sits on the board of the charitable DIKEV FOUNDATION.
In her spare time she enjoys nature experiences with her family and draws energy from both physical training and biographies of interesting people.
