Processing of personal data
In carrying out our tasks, we process personal data. This is done in accordance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
NMD's Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Your rights
According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you as a citizen have a number of rights against the person who processes personal data about you. Contact us if you wish to exercise your rights against NMD Law group ApS.
Enquiries from natural and legal persons
We process personal data upon inquiries from natural or legal persons.
The purpose of processing the information is to be able to respond to the inquiry.
We process contact information of the person who contacts us in order to be able to respond to the inquiry. We may also process other personal information in order to be able to respond to the inquiry, e.g. information mentioned in the inquiry. This will typically be general personal information, but it may also be sensitive personal information.
In certain cases, we will disclose personal data to other public authorities if the request is relevant to the performance of these authorities' tasks. This may, for example, be done to the following authorities:

Immigration authorities: The Ministry of Immigration and Integration, the Danish Immigration Service, the Danish Return Agency, the Immigration Appeals Board, the Danish Refugee Board and the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration.

The Rent Board, the Housing Court and the Bailiff's Court.

The Danish courts etc.
Enquiries are registered with a case number in our electronic case and document management system as long as they are relevant.
Processing of cases
We process personal data in connection with our processing of cases under immigration law, inheritance law and tenancy law.
We will request the information that is relevant to the specific case so that we can process the application.
