In order to obtain family reunification, both you, the applicant, and your family member in Denmark must meet a number of requirements. ​
You can apply for family reunification under the following circumstances: ​

family reunification when your spouse/cohabitant in Denmark is a refugee spousal reunification or family reunification as cohabitants

family reunification in Denmark as a child when your parent in Denmark is a refugee

family reunification in Denmark as a child

family reunification as an adopted child, etc., when the person you are going to live with is a refugee

family reunification as an adopted child, foster child or close family member

family reunification as a parent or sibling of an unaccompanied child under the age of 18
-
residence permit as a child born in Denmark to foreign parents

residence as a parent of a minor child who is a Danish citizen

family reunification as a family member other than spouse or child ​
