There are two different Pay Limit Schemes in Denmark; The regular Pay Limit Scheme and the supplementary Pay Limit Scheme.

To qualify for these schemes, the applicant must earn a minimum wage that equals or exceeds the amount limit.

It is important to note that both schemes have specific requirements and conditions, and that applicants must meet the relevant criteria to be entitled to a residence and work permit in Denmark.

Passport:

Copy of all pages of your passport, incl. all blank pages as well as the front and back of the passport.

Contract or employment offer:

You must present a signed contract or employment offer. It is a requirement that you have been offered a job with an annual salary of the minimum amount limit (as of 1 January the amount limit is DKK 487,000 or DKK 393,000 for the supplementary amount scheme).

Documentation for education:

You must present documentation from relevant education, e.g. in the form of a diploma, journeyman certificate and study card.

Documentation for experience:

If you have relevant work experience, you must present documentation for this, e.g. in the form of a previous employment contract, a letter of recommendation or in some other way.
